| Planner Responsible for the day to day and long-term planning and scheduling management for the Wamsutter Asset. Planning and Scheduling roles are growing within BP Assets since the introduction of the Integrated Field Planning Process (IFP). The Planner will play an integral part in the implementation of IFP and Work Management System (WMS) and then work to sustain the processes across the Wamsutter Asset. Successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: - Strong background and knowledge in scheduling and planning maintenance activities in a process or manufacturing industry. - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. - Experience in preparing job and work plans including scope, skills identification, time, cost estimates, resource availability, and operational coordination. - Experience communicating and interfacing with all levels of company and outside contacts - Strong understanding of Preventative Maintenance and compliance activities regards Mechanical Integrity. - Understanding of equipment, reliability, and operational processes - Experience with contractor management - Track record of Identifying, recognizing, and implementing "Best Practices". - PC skills including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point, and financial applications. - Ability to manage conflict between internal and external sources. - Strong knowledge of HSE practices - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities concurrently - Being able to promote open and effective communication - Displays initiative and problem solving skills - 2-5 years plant, field, or drilling environment work experience - Operations and maintenance experience If you feel you meet the requirements for this position, please directly on BP's career website and reference job number 289BR.
